Currently, we are not firing an alter table event to metastore when there is a
truncate operation on an Iceberg table. As a result, other impala clusters
consuming the events from metastore are unaware of that truncate operation
resulting in (meta)data sync issues.
Need to investigate why the alter table event is not fired to metastore for a
truncate table operation on Iceberg table.
