IMPALA-12503: Support date data type for predicates
for external data source table
This patch adds support for datatype date as predicates
for external data sources.
Testing:
- Added tests for date predicates with operators:
'=', '>', '<', '>=', '<=', '!=', 'BETWEEN'.
