Description:
When gen_experimental_profile is set true, the query fragments cannot display
in the query timeline page. !query_timeline.png!
In this situation, we can only get an aggregate profile, but it seems like we
rely on per-instance information in a profile to generate fragments in
collectFragmentEventsFromProfile.
