Description: When workload management executes its insert DML into the
sys.impala_query_log table, the INFO level log it writes needs to include the
query id. (was: When workload management executes its insert DML into the
sys.impala_query_log table, it should log an INFO level entry with stats about
the insert. For example, number of records inserted and the result.)
