We already have this problem with the {{USE_APACHE_COMPONENTS}} builds. They
don't exclude {{software.amazon.awssdk:bundle}}, and the
{{impala-minimal-s3a-aws-sdk}} jar is essentially empty. It will become a
problem in CDP when Hadoop is upgraded as well.
