IMPALA-14529: Bumping Kudu version to pickup latest KUDU-1261 patch
This commit bump Impala toolchain to pickup latest Kudu version up to
commit 60f5e5267b92c39485a66121d3ce3cc7ef57b0e0 (KUDU-1261 make
ArrayCellMetadataView::Init() more robust).
