Date: Sat Sep 20 10:33:39 2025 -0700 IMPALA-14508: Upgrade packages that
require OpenSSL >=1.1.1
After dropping older platforms in IMPALA-14147, the supported
distributions all have OpenSSL >= 1.1.1. This unblocks upgrades
for packages that need OpenSSL >= 1.1.1. This adds builds for
Python 3.11/3.12/3.13 and upgrades OpenLDAP to 2.5.
Testing:
- Ran build and built Impala with that build (with OpenLDAP=2.5)
