Deprecate the current flags for defining a JWT identity provider (such as
`-jwt_token_auth`, `-jwks_url`, `-jwt_custom_claim_username`,
`-oauth_token_auth`, `-oauth_jwks_url`, `-oauth_jwt_custom_claim_username`,
etc) and implement a new method of defining multiple IDPs that Impala trusts.
