Checked some sizes returned by jamm in CatalogdMetaProvider and it seems around
500-600KB regardless of the size of the table. My assumption is that most of
this are shared objects of the Hive catalog, e.g the FileIO. Impala shouldn't
calculate this in the size of the cache objects.
