Modify the query planner to attach the fetched vended credentials to the
specific table/scan operators. Update the Thrift structures ({{{}TPlanNode{}}}
/ {{{}THdfsScanNode{}}}) so executors receive the correct tokens for the
specific tables they are scanning.
