Summary: Calcite planner: Full table name instead alias in explain

When an alias is used for a table name, the explain plan in Calcite uses the
full table name whereas the original planner uses the alias name.
While not a big deal, this does cause problems in the test framework because
either regex has to be used to ensure the tests pass or the results need to be
duplicated.
