IMPALA-15271: Fix test_add_overlapping_partitions after HIVE-29050
HIVE-29050 changes HMS exception message when adding a
partition that already exists. This broke the assertion in
test_add_overlapping_partitions.
This patch adjusts the assertion inside test_add_overlapping_partitions.
Testing:
Manually run test_add_overlapping_partitions and pass it.
