IMPALA-15362: Remove dead code after IMPALA-2764
Removes undef.cpp, which was only needed when libsasl2 was statically
linked. After IMPALA-2764 it's dynamically linked and undef.cpp is no
longer necessary.
Fixes thrift-server-test with the 'mold' linker, where the symbols
in undef.cpp would cause conflicts.

> Impala should not statically link to Cyrus SASL for some reasons:
> * Impala links the library static, but the auth plugins will be loaded
> dynamically and may come from a different version
> * If SASL is installed on the target host in a non-standard location,
> Impala will fail to be able to use SASL and simply stop working.
> * Impala should not ship libraries that may receive security updated more
> frequently than Impala is released (e.g. OpenSSL).
