IMPALA-15234 added the {{:clear_hbo_stats()}} admin function (Gerrit 24711). It
goes through AdminFnStmt, requires ALL on the server when authorization is
enabled, and clears the HBO cache of the coordinator that handles the
statement. The docs don't cover it yet; {{docs/topics/impala_shutdown.xml}} is
the model, plus a reference from {{docs/impala.ditamap}}.
