I just updated the pull request with that change. Thanks for helping out with
this... I work on a project that has a bunch of clients sharing the brokers so
any kind of limits that can be placed on the clients (such as maxFrameSize) to
help prevent one client from disrupting service to others is a big plus. As
you can probably tell based on my other tickets I've put in (and future ones to
come) monitoring and metrics are very important as well so my team can keep
track of what the current state of the broker is.
