Summary: Improve log output to explain why cached commands are
repeated.

This is a consequence of HORNETQ-1047, which results in the same log statements
being repeated multiple times when failover occurs after failback. To improve
the user experience, an additional note should be added to the log statement
explaining that this is expected behaviour.
