This JIRA is represents adding a feature, protocol conversion for JMS to MQTT
and reverse. There are a couple of things that need to happen for this to work.
1. The namespacing on the MQTT implementation needs removing. For MQTT -> JMS
2. For JMS -> MQTT we need to translate some message properties in MQTT. For
example, translating the durable, non-durable message to QoS level.
