I've been changing my code a bit. Subscription name is now
"ASIDE-FullStatus@RCD_NMS", topic name is "aside", client ID is not set. The
problem may be related to the client ID not being set, because I did have it
set at one point and there was no problem.
But from looking at the JMSTopicControlImpl source, and setting a breakpoint in
the debugger, I think the problem is that the conditionals on lines 274 and 279
are checking the wrong thing. They're checking if queue.getName() starts with
"jms.topic" but the queue name matches the subscription name. So it should
probably be checking queue.getAddress() instead.
