The current openwire marshaler generator is very brittle on newer JDKs and
depends on specific features being in the installed tools.jar. The marshaler
also uses legacy projects like annogen etc which are not maintained. We can
create a new marshaler that operates on annotations within the openwire
commands to define the properties.
