I'm not sure this is really a necessary add for Artemis. The UDP transport
bits in ActiveMQ 5.x have been deprecated for a few years now with most of
those tests having been disabled. There wasn't really any users of the UDP
stuff and given the instability in the exiting tests I doubt it ever really
worked that well and was never hardened. I'd say this bit could be skipped and
instead focus on other features that are actually in common use today.
