This might be stupid user error (some flags missing) but on git-version
I can not get topics working through AMQP wiht qpid-cpp
1) Topics are defined in broker.xml
2) Create a receiver in session and when sending message to itself, message is
not received. (Does not work even from different app, so not related to using
same session)
