in regards to adding the log4j confuration to the activemq-all jar. Do you
think it makes sense to provide the log4j conf file separately? I know it's
kind of nice to also provide the config file for a default logging
configuration. There's probably not really a good answer as some people would
want it included and some people would want the config separate to customize it.
