Resolution: Not A Problem
As best I can tell Artemis uses the latest release of commons-logging (i.e. 1.2
which was released in July 2014 according to
https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-logging/). See
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/blob/master/pom.xml#L525. Please
re-open with more details if necessary.
