Summary: Artemis hangs when receiving messages after paging

A brief description:
1. send as many messages as it needs to fill an address up to max-size and
then at least 1 another message to start paging.
2. Start a new session and a new consumer
3. try to issue receive() - it will never return (receiveImmediate()
returns null)
A full test is in attachment. An error could be reproduced on version 1.2.0 and
on a current master version.
