We've added basic support for MQTT <-> JMS. As [~jmesnil] mentions there are
some features that do not translate across protocols/API and may require some
additional work. We should track these edge cases individually. For now basic
support has been added for JMS <-> MQTT. Allow transfer of bytes and string
messages.
