While it is possible to create a dynamic sender link using Artemis you cannot
send any message to the broker over that link without getting an exception due
to the internal sender abstraction not having an initialized address. You can
however send to the created dynamic address using a different link, and you can
receive on that address as well.
The sender abstraction needs to account for the fact that the target address
for a dynamic Target is created during the initialize method and so the address
field of the sender abstraction must be updated.
