Artemis is mostly using the QPID AMQP JMS client for most of it's AMQP protocol
testing. The JMS interface abstracts away most of the details of the protocol.
We should port over the AMQP test client from ActiveMQ 5.x and use this to get
finer grained protocol control in our test suite.
