Summary: Make address path separator configurable

Currently address path separator is '.' character, like USERS.TEST. In some
environments, other characters are used, mostly '/' (e.g. USERS/TEST). We
should make the broker work properly with those addresses as well (wildcards,
configurations, etc.)
