New hawtio management console has a problem with resetting connection for
client. It should close/forget about sessions when client disconnects.
Also, the "close" button should become un-clickable if there is no active
connection. Currently it throws an exception on session tab:
{noformat} Error: $scope.gridOptions.selectedItems[0] is undefined{noformat}
