I think for some time already there is no way to purge queue (delete all
messages in queue).
I am able to delete queue though.
1) Create addr+queue (anycast)
2) Send few messages there (AMQP, OW, Core)
3) Try to purge queue using hawtio (I think it would fail using mbean method
call as well)
4) Observe that nothing happened
