Attaching a patch for review and/or discussion (and I'm not sure non-PMC
members can update the site anyway, so someone else might need to).
Various little changes:
- Keep only the current 1.5.x and 2.x releases on the download page.
- Move older releases to their own page, which further links to the dist
archive for any we later remove.
- Fixes broken links to the mirrors to use the archive.
- Only the current releases target the download mirrors.
- Adds links to the checksums for the current and previous release in each
stream (should really do them all eventually)
