Typically for issues with "downstream" commercial products you need to work
with your vendor directly (assuming you have support). You're certainly free
to work with the "upstream" community here, but you would need to report the
issue against a specific community release.
Are you able to reproduce your issue on a community release? If so, what steps
did you follow to reproduce it? Do you have a test-case you can provide?
