This looks like a documentation bug. The actual parameter name is
{{stomp-enable-message-id}}. See
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/blob/master/artemis-core-client/src/main/java/org/apache/activemq/artemis/core/remoting/impl/netty/TransportConstants.java#L260.
