Your {{broker.xml}} doesn't have the wildcard definition as described on
ARTEMIS-1906. However, even if it did, you would need to use all slashes (i.e.
{{/}}) in your destination names rather than a combination of dots and slashes.
I believe the root issue the same as described on ARTEMIS-1906 so the solution
will be the same (which is still undetermined).
