    @clebertsuconic AFAIK this is happening on Core, but with AMQP the Strings 
are UTF-8 encoded using `WritableBuffer::put(String)`.
    I'm not 100% sure of it: @gemmellr do you know for what it is used 
`WritableBuffer::put(String)`?
