http://activemq.apache.org/artemis/docs/latest/ha.html describes wrong tag name 
failover-on-server-shutdown it should be failover-on-shutdown on both 
master/slave.

See artemis-configuration.xsd schema for details.

This is a very wrong project. I will try to move it to ARTEMIS.
