It's important to have the position configurable, but in addition, maybe it
could have a better default... 2 is rather arbitrary - it's after 1, but before
everything else, which is somewhere undefined in the middle. The intention is
obviously not to make it the first, so instead of guessing, why not always make
it the last (unless the configuration property is specified explicitly, of
course)? You can set an arbitrarily large position value and then it'll be
added to the end of the current list of providers.
