This appears to have been broken since the 2.0.0 release via
[7a51491c3235d5bcbc0407f38b7b080b926eaf00|https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/commit/7a51491c3235d5bcbc0407f38b7b080b926eaf00#diff-4fadb0128b8c40d7ad62cf3fcba0c132R379].
Strangely enough, there's no usage of this call anywhere in the test-suite.
As a work-around you can use the overloaded version which takes
{{SimpleString}} instances instead of {{String}} instances.
