Description:
The Artemis warning {{AMQ224091 Bridge ... is unable to connect to
destination}} does not provide any details as to why it could not connect. I am
getting this message in the log:

I had {{logger.org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.server.level}} set to {{DEBUG}}
and only got the {{WARN}} level output. Then I changed it to {{TRACE}} and got
the same output.

Retrying
I had "logger.org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.server.level" set to DEBUG
and only got the WARNing level output, then i changed it to TRACE and got
the same output.
