TBH, I can't reproduce the issue on JournalStorageManager/JournalImpl but in
theory they should have the same issue of
JDBCJournalStorageManager/JDBCJournalImpl. I think the issue on
JournalStorageManager/JournalImpl is hidden by better performances.
