If my understanding is correct, auto-create-addresses/queues are actually
implemented on client level and core protocol actually does not support it.
It took me 2h of debugging and reading docs, just to find finally this jira
which confirms that: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-1937
Even knowing that now I can't find it being mentioned in the documentation.
