Enhance the AMQP connector transaction support
So that batching messages in JMS transactions improves overall throughput.
Instead of batching not providing any throughput improvement over exchanging
messages individually.
Alternatively, document the limitation of the AMQP connector in ActiveMQ 5 and
suggest alternatives that do not have this limitation (e.g. Openwire connector,
or Artemis AMQP).
