I follow the testsuite on a few CI servers I have, and this test constantly
fail:
org.apache.activemq.artemis.tests.integration.cluster.failover.QuorumFailOverLiveVotesTest.testQuorumVotingLiveNotDead
It's been failing for the past 100+ on my CI. Up to the point where I won't
even look at whatever failure it's happening. That means: it's in fact ignored.
So, I am adding an @ignore on the codebase, and as it's fixed please re-enable
the task
