I notice there is an absence of wiring for the field in
org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.deployers.impl.FileConfigurationParser#parseAddressSettings(org.w3c.dom.Node).
It appears that this has been this way since the feature's original commit
(ARTEMIS-636)
