Robbie Gemmell reopened ARTEMIS-1975:

I detailed some issues on ARTEMIS-2659, some of which are likely to be related
to these changes (at least the empty-transfer-frame bit for example seems like
it has to be).
Also reopening to tweak the Jira description/details give it doesnt reflect the
'not-blocker' situation that resulted.
