When FileLockNodeManager was added NettyFailoverTest added 2 new profiles..
which is too much... FailoverTest is intended to validate Failover behaviour..
not the FileLockNodeManager.
For that reason I will create a subset of NettyFailoverTest into
FileLockNodeManager to validate the class alone, and limit the number of
Parameters on NettyFailoverTest.
