Description:
[activemq-cli-tools|https://github.com/apache/activemq-cli-tools] produces xml
from kahadb that can be imported by artemis.
the current code 0.1.0 base builds against 2.2 but some of the dependencies
have been refactored away (made package private) in subsequent versions.
To have it build with the latest version we have to revert the package private
or have duplicate code.
