Originally noted on ARTEMIS-2971, moving out to its own issue.
If the broker tries to connect out to another AMQP server that doesnt offer any
of the SASL mechanisms the broker can use, it recognises this but appears to
get stuck in a loop and generates+logs a StackOverflowError, failing the
[doomed-anyway] connection attempt. It then repeats this after each
reconnect-interval.
