I just tried to reproduce this and I can't. Keep in mind that the web console
in 2.16.0 moved to Hawtio 2 so the behavior you're seeing may be out-dated.
In any event, I deployed an instance of 2.16.0 and sent some messages to the
queue {{TEST}} using the {{artemis producer}} command. When I navigate to that
queue in the web console, hit the "Browse queue" tab, and then hit the "Show"
button on the right to display the content of the message I can see the
message's headers, properties, and body text without any scrolling at all.
