proving an alternative url configuration may make sense, but this fix would
still be necessary. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-347
which introduced a choice on the xml config to have a connector-url replace a
connector-ref + extras.
Something similar would be a nice enhancement for the future.
